HEAD CHEF – FINE DINING | PAULSHOF, SANDTON
A prestigious client in the fine dining sector, based in Paulshof, Sandton, is seeking an exceptional head chef to join the team.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of a high-end, fine dining kitchen
Conceptualise and execute sophisticated, seasonal menus with impeccable presentation
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and service
Train, mentor, and inspire a skilled kitchen brigade
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and cost management
Drive creativity while maintaining the restaurant’s culinary identity.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a fine dining environment
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage high-performance teams
Exceptional attention to detail and plating standards
In-depth knowledge of modern culinary techniques and trends
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-expectation setting
Relevant culinary qualification (advantageous)
