Our client within the hospitality industry is seeking a Head Chef to join their team in Nelspruit - this is a Live-In position

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Recognized culinary qualification
Minimum of 5 years'' experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef
Excellent managerial skills
Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis
Must be experienced in menu presentation
