Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the power tools, hardware, or related retail industry
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of power tools, accessories, and industry trends
• Stock control and procurement experience
• Ability to manage stock levels, merchandising, and department performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Own transport and a valid driver’s licence
• Stable working record
