JOB DESCRIPTION:

Head Chef needed for upmarket trendy Restaurant in Bryanston. Looking for individuals with 7+ years senior chef experience in a Restaurant environment. Must be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and food quality control. Will be responsible for all kitchen control systems and stock management. Applicants must be able to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references and good cooking skills need to apply. Must have experience in all types of food delivery. Very high paced and busy environment. Strong analytical skills needed. Looking for someone who is up to date with modern food trends. Must be able to start immediately. Salary R 20000 - 30000 CTC depending on experience.
