Head Chef / Senior Kitchen Manager needed for busy upmarket Steak House Restaurant in Sandton. Candidates must have 7+ years chef & kitchen management experience in a an a la carte kitchen. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management essential. Applicants must have knowledge of meat management and meat aging. Looking for candidates who can work in a busy fast paced environment.
