We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Head Chef to lead the culinary team of a luxury seafood company based in Cape Town’s vibrant CBD. Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to consistently deliver world-class seafood dishes.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, food preparation, and service standards.
Develop seasonal, innovative menus that showcase premium seafood and elevate the brand’s reputation.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Manage food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships effectively.
Drive training and development of junior chefs, fostering creativity and excellence.
Collaborate with management on strategic planning, events, and guest experiences.
