Head chef required for an upmarket and luxury game farm in the Waterberg. This is a live in position.

Assigning stations and delegating prep tasks
Leading pre-service briefings
Training junior chefs and mentoring sous chefs
Managing schedules and staff performance
Resolving kitchen conflicts quickly and professionally
Designing seasonal or special menus
Creating new dishes and testing recipes
Adjusting menus based on ingredient availability and costs
Ensuring consistency and creativity in presentation
Checking stock levels
Ordering ingredients from suppliers
Monitoring food waste
Ensuring proper food storage and rotation (FIFO)
Food safety and sanitation
