POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement recovery and rehabilitation strategies for secured assets in distressed portfolios.
• Lead, guide, and quality-assure the Credit Collections Function to meet targets and mitigate risk.
• Oversee portfolio analysis, collection, and recovery processes while ensuring legal, regulatory, and compliance standards are met.
• Provide leadership to develop and coach a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance & Accounting, Mathematical Sciences, Risk Management, or Quantitative Studies.
• 10+ years in banking or financial services, with proven leadership in collections, portfolio analysis, credit risk, or related fields. Familiarity with foreclosure and recovery processes is essential.
• Strong financial acumen, risk management, quantitative analysis, workflow management, data compliance, and excellent communication skills. CRM and contact centre experience is an advantage.
• Certified Risk Manager (CRM) highly desirable.
