JOB DESCRIPTION:

Head: Direct Sales – JHB North

Candidate should have been in a financial, mainly insurance, call centre environment

Minimum requirements:

Postgraduate degree in Sales / Marketing (Management Developmental Programme advantageous)
10 years’ Direct Sales Contact Centre and Sales Management experience, encompassing the establishment of a direct marketing / Sales Contact Centre
In possession of RE1 and RE5 qualifications
Knowledge of POPIA, NAEDO, CPA, NCA
