Head: Learning & Development Support Services

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Learning & Development Head to provide leadership, best practices, research, support and strategic guidance to the Learning and Development Shared Service function and to build a high-performing Learning and Development function across the business.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Degree/Honours Degree in Human resources or Learning and Development or related field
• 7-10 years Learning & Development generalist experience
• 8-10 years Learning & Development experience of which at least 3–5 years is at a management level with the responsibility of managing a function
• Experience in Learning & Development Management, liaising and operating with senior managers
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience in organisational development and change
• Knowledge pertinent to the Learning & Development field (e.g. Labour Legislation / Skills Development / Adult learning principles / ADDIE principles / Learning delivery / Learning frameworks / Learning technology)
• Knowledge of e-learning practices, principles and platforms
