HEAD NAIL TECHNICIAN & IN-HOUSE TRAINER (Mentor / Trainer & Technician)

BLOUBERGSTRAND, West Coast (W-Cape) - South Africa

START: A.S.A.P  / 01 August 2025

REPORT TO: Spa Manager / CEO

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R11,500 Basic Salary (based on relevant experience & skills listed)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualification in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care / Spa / Cosmetology / Nail Systems
2. ITEC Diploma in Nail Technology or similar 
3. Trained in professional nail systems 
4. Educator / Facilitator / Assessor / Moderator certified - BONUS
5. Senior Therapist / Trainer experience
6. Based in or around the West Coast with ease of travel
7. Strong leadership qualities & mentor personality

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Confident in all standard nail systems including Manicure, Pedicure, Gel Polish, Soft Gel Tips, Soak off & Nail Art
• Computer literate and able to assist with basic admin duties & preparing training material
• Demonstrated skills in delivering luxury, quality, meticulous nail services

EXPERIENCE:

• Cruise Ship experience - favourable
• 5-star Day Spa or High end Nail Bar employment experience
• At least 3 years full time nail technology experience
• Employment experience in the Middle East highly favorable
