POSITION INFO:
We are on the lookout for Head of FinTech, the successful candidate will be tasked to lead our product and technology strategy and drive the growth of innovative financial solutions. You will take ownership of fintech products from concept to launch, build high-performing teams, and scale our offerings in a fast-moving environment

Minimum requirements:

• 5–10+ years in fintech, digital banking, or tech leadership, preferably in startups
• Hands-on experience delivering financial technology products
• Strong understanding of payments, lending, wallets, APIs, and fintech ecosystems
• Proven ability to lead teams and scale products quickly
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments where innovation and experimentation are key
• Knowledge of blockchain, AI in finance, or open banking
• Experience raising funds or working in investor-facing roles
