New Opportunity for A Tech Centred Team, A Service orientated company based in Cape Town is seeking a Head of Operations to join their team. We specialize in placing professionals in the Operational Division and our clients are consistently looking for accomplished candidates with strong technical skills, hands on approach, strong academic achievements, and a stable work track record.

POSITION INFO:

Role:

The Technically savvy individual will responsible & accountable for delivery time performance, driver supply & availability, order exceptions thresholds, customer service & experience metrics. Establish product requirements to support driver logistics & business operations.

Experience:

5 years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management position, Previous food delivery business, online marketplace or ecommerce experience is considered an advantage, proven commercial savvy, analytical ability and process/systems thinking competence.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business or Engineering.

Post graduate qualification in business is considered an advantage.
