Head Pastry Chef – Luxury Lodge
We are seeking a talented and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen at a renowned luxury lodge. This is a unique opportunity to bring your culinary artistry to an exclusive, high-end environment where every dish tells a story and every dessert leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the pastry team to deliver world-class desserts, breads, and baked goods.
Design and develop innovative seasonal menus, ensuring quality and consistency in every creation.
Oversee daily operations of the pastry kitchen, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
Train and mentor junior pastry staff to uphold excellence in all aspects of preparation and service.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef, ideally in a luxury hotel, lodge, or fine dining setting.
Strong creative flair with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage a team in a high-pressure, guest-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
