HEAD SPA THERAPIST

LOCATION: Tokai - Cape Town's Southern Suburbs, W-CAPE (South Africa)

START: ASAP / 01 September 2025

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full-time / Permanent

HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Sunday
• 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 | Shifts rotate
• 1 Weekend off per month + Days off in the week

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualifications in Spa / Beauty (accredited international)
2. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC etc.
3. Senior Therapist employment experience with in a day spa (at  least 1 full year in senior therapist capacity / assistant manager)
4. Cruise Ship employment experience highly beneficial
5. Reliable transport to or reside in the Southern Suburbs
6. Target & Retail driven - in addition to delivering 5-star spa treatments
7. Confident in all standard SPA services including Skin Care, Facials, Body Care, Body Massage, Wellness Therapies and Retail
8. Computer literate and able to perform reports / cash up or any other standard administration duties
9. Leadership qualities - you are the head of a very busy team
10. Excellent guest rapport - we have VIP clients and guests visiting our spa often
