POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Lead and inspire a high-performing structural engineering team
Take charge of major, complex projects from start to finish
Shape cutting-edge structural designs with your expertise
Spot risks early and drive smart solutions
Champion innovation and future-ready technologies
Be the go-to technical partner for clients and stakeholders
Guarantee top-quality standards every step of the way
Step in on-site to solve challenges and keep projects moving

Skills & Experience:

Delivers expertise in ACI, AISC & ASCE codes
Drives design solutions using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 & Excel
Leads projects through the full lifecycle, from concept to completion
Solves complex engineering challenges with sharp analytical insight
Crafts clear, impactful technical reports & presentations
Manages multiple high-profile projects with precision and control
Mentors and develops junior engineers, fostering technical growth
Brings 8–10 years of proven structural engineering success

Qualification:
BTech/ Beng/ BSc Civil Engineering (Structures)
Master’s in engineering
PREng/ PRTech Registered (Advantageous)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
