Head of Accounts Payable, Suppliers

POSITION INFO:

Main purpose/objective of the position:

• Management of accounts payable department (Contracts, Procurement, once off’s & payment runs).
• Responsible for payment approvals, overseeing a section of vendor administration, overseeing and maintaining policies and procedures, people management, audit assistance & feedback provided, and new management contracts.

Experience / Education:

• Minimum BCom degree with Accounting III or equivalent qualification PLUS at least 3-5 years relevant working experience.

Skills required:

• Computer literacy, SAP, Nicor, MDA, MS Office - Intermediate Excel & Word, Outlook Administration Skills, Time Management, Advanced Financial Calculations and Reporting, Reporting and Report Writing, People management.
