POSITION INFO:
Our client, an emerging technology and future focussed solutions driven business is looking to appoint a very senior and seasoned Head of Company Secretary to work across multiple business units and entities. The ideal candidate must be able to navigate a broad range of complexities, be innovative and have a good understanding of The Fourth Industrial Revolution as well as the ability to apply different Methodologies.

Minimum requirements:
6 to 8 years’ experience in a similar related environment/industry e.g., ICT, Telecommunications, Consulting, Legal, Financial Services
Strong Technology knowledge
Out of the box and non-traditional thinker
Undergraduate Business or related Degree
Good management and leadership skills
