POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: As our Head of Compliance, you will:

Establish and manage target and budget goals, enhancing cost efficiency.
Foster a robust risk management culture, influencing behavior and emphasizing compliance.
Cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders, including end-users and senior staff.
Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry best practices, providing proactive advice.
Implement effective compliance management strategies and tools.
Ensure governance compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
Monitor and adapt to changes in legislation, regulations, and industry practices.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: You're the perfect fit if you possess:

A relevant Bachelor's and Honours Degree.
10-15 years of compliance experience.
Background in financial services, with retail banking experience
