POSITION INFO:
Are you an experienced analytics leader looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented Head of Analytics to drive strategic data initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is your opportunity to shape the future of analytics and contribute to the success of a global leader in risk management solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a high-performing team of analysts, driving actionable insights from complex data sets.
Develop and execute data strategies to enhance decision-making processes across the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative analytics solutions and improve business performance.
Oversee the development of advanced analytics models, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
Manage the analytics infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or Engineering with a strong focus on computer science, statistics, mathematics and/or actuarial sciences
Experience in the financial services industry with experience in data warehousing, data sciences and/or modelling environment
Good understanding of software languages and software infrastructure
programming languages: C#.Net, C, C++, Visual Basic
