You will drive the strategic evolution from traditional statistical reporting to a modern, AI-enabled insights ecosystem. This includes building predictive models, designing future-ready teams, and embedding data-driven products that deliver measurable impact across telco, retail, finance, and social sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI and machine learning transformation, driving predictive analytics, automated workflows, and ethical data science practices.
• Build and structure agile pods of Data Scientists, Engineers, Statisticians, and insights specialists transitioning into next-gen roles.
• Drive product innovation by embedding advanced analytics into benchmark dashboards and scalable client solutions.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term data strategy, deliver 120-day execution plans, and report on strategic KPIs.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality analytics, operational excellence, and future-focused capability.

• Education:
  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related (Master’s/PhD advantageous).
• Experience:
  • 10+ years in data science, analytics, or advanced statistical environments.
  • Minimum 5 years in market research, CX insights, analytics consulting, or related industries.
  • Proven leadership in AI/ML transformation, team building, and scaling capability in growth-driven organisations.
  • Experience developing predictive models, real-time data solutions, and cloud-based pipelines (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of ethical AI, data governance, and ESOMAR-aligned research practices.
  • Ability to translate complex analytics into commercial, client-facing insights and products.
  • Leadership, strategic communication, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
