We're partnering with a dynamic creative and marketing business looking for an experienced Head of Digital to lead its digital function. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, inspire a multidisciplinary team, strengthen client relationships, and play a key role in driving business growth

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Lead and evolve the digital strategy across a diverse client portfolio Mentor and develop a team of digital specialists across paid media, social media, content and performance marketing Mange integrated digital campaigns from strategy through execution and optimisation Drive innovation across digital channels while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business results Build trusted client relationships and act as the senior strategic advisor on key accounts Present campaign insights, growth opportunities and digital strategies to stakeholders Manage campaign budgets, reporting frameworks and overall department performance Support new business initiatives through pitches, proposals and strategic presentations Promote continuous learning, digital best practices and awareness of emerging platform trends Partner with leadership to grow the agency's digital capabilities and commercial success Skills & Experience: You'll thrive in this role if you have: 7+ years' experience in digital marketing with proven leadership experience Strong agency or integrated marketing environment experience will be highly advantageous Advanced knowledge of paid media platforms including Meta and Google Ads Strong understanding of analytics, performance marketing and digital reporting Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, client portfolios and business growth Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build a high-performance culture Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
