SUMMARY:
Head of Distribution | Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for the distribution strategy, tactically and strategically positioning

the distribution channels in the Short Term Insurance Personal lines, Business

Insurance and value added products market to grow market share. Facilitate

significant growth in the business through growing the existing Broker and

Dealer operations as well as implementing alternative distribution models.

Candidate Requirements

Degree/ NQF6/ MBA
Relevant Marketing or Commercial degree/diploma or Business Administration qualification; In-depth knowledge of the Short Term Insurance Act (Essential).
Minimum 10 years experience in Broker and Dealer distribution management in Short term insurance (Essential)
Minimum 5 years senior management experience in Short Term Insurance (Essential)
Experience in personal and commercial lines
