Are you a strategic leader with a passion for investment growth and a proven track record in distribution? Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Distribution to lead their Discretionary Fund Manager (DFM) business. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy, fostering key relationships with financial advisers and asset managers to expand our clients'' market presence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for each sales channel to meet growth targets.

Innovation & Efficiency: Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to drive innovative distribution approaches.

Market Presence: Elevate the brand through impactful events, campaigns, and representation at industry conferences and investment panels.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build tailored content for financial advisers and collaborate with internal investment and marketing teams.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and provide accurate sales reporting to the Executive Committee.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Investments.
Professional Certification: CFP, CFA Level 1, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Industry Tenure: 8–10 years of experience in the investment industry, preferably within a distribution environment.
Specialized Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience in asset management and business development.
Knowledge Base: A deep understanding of investment strategies and current regulatory requirements.

Core Competencies:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate clear, coherent, and channel-specific plans.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to balance long-term relationship building with short-term commercial targets.
Communication: Exceptional presenter capable of simplifying complex investment concepts for diverse audiences.
