Our client in Citrusdal, a leading citrus producer is looking for a Senior/Head of Engineering.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Engineering degree (Agricultural, Civil, Mechanical) or similar
5 Years management experience in agricultural or operations
Experience with irrigation, water and energy systems
Strong project management experience, problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction
Drive maintenance excellence and operational efficiency
Facilitate farm Development plans to unlock farm potential
Manage budgets and ensure compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
