Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, they leverage data and systems to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement. Above all, they are passionate about agriculture, operational excellence, and leading teams to deliver top results.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily packaging operations
• Maximise pack-out percentages while maintaining top-quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Lead, motivate, and develop your pack house team
• Monitor production and manage time effectively

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in fruit packing (citrus/table grapes)
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Flexible to work irregular shifts, nights, and extended hours
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
