You’ll ensure compliance, enhance working capital efficiency, and lead financial risk management while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business performance. From overseeing financial reporting and budgeting to implementing strategies that support long-term success, your expertise will be key in shaping the company’s financial future.

Duties:

• Financial Leadership & Strategy:
  • Oversee the full financial management function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at an executive level.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize working capital by improving collection, payment cycles, and inventory management.
• Financial Planning & Reporting:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive business growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
  
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while implementing robust internal controls.
  • Manage audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Operational Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Financial Operations & Control:
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and procurement, ensuring smooth financial workflows.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with IFRS standards (including IFRS 16, IFRS 9, IFRS 15) and internal policies.
  • Implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial leakage, mitigating the risk of errors and fraud.
  • Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in reporting and transaction handling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize financial systems and processes for enhanced operational performance.

• 5 to 9 years of commercial experience
• 5 years' experience at an executive level
