Want to be the founding architect of a brand-new finance division in a fast-growing FMCG business? Our client is launching their distribution arm and needs a sharp, strategic Head of Finance to build the financial backbone from the ground up!

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Cost & Efficiency Guru: Evaluate warehouse operations, payroll, and logistics costs to drive profitability.
Financial Control Architect: Implement robust SOPs, financial structures, and risk frameworks.
Daily Finance Leader: Oversee accounting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance.
Risk & Compliance Guardian: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
Business Partner: Collaborate with operations to align financial strategy with business growth.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) + 5-8 years post-article experience in FMCG, Distribution, or Logistics
Proven track record in cost optimization, financial controls, and risk management
Strong leadership in daily finance operations and team management
