Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and direct all financial planning, analysis, and strategy
Drive financial performance and long-term business sustainability
Lead compliance, risk, governance, and audit functions
Partner with operational and technical leadership to drive value creation
Lead a finance team including senior finance professionals (FFF)
Represent finance at board and executive meetings

Experience and Skills Required

Registered Chartered Accountant – CA(SA)
At least 10 years’ post-articles experience, with a strong focus in the mining sector
Demonstrated executive leadership in a complex, multi-entity mining environment
Exceptional financial acumen, strategic insight, and business partnering ability
Experience managing senior-level finance professionals and cross-functional teams
