SUMMARY:
Medium sized International manufacturer seeks a CIMA qualified, progressive and strategic Head of Finance

POSITION INFO:

Our client, an International manufacturing company, seeks to employ a CIMA qualified Head of Finance for their operation in Montague Gardens.

This is a critical and key role to the efficient functioning of the business and requires a progressive, strategic and strong character, who meets the following criteria:

You will have completed CIMA qualification, coupled with 10 - 15 years experience in Financial Management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
You will have proven experience financial analysis, reporting, inventory controls, BBBEE strategies implementation and improvement, risk management for new projects, implementing new policies and procedures across the company with a view to improving profitibility, as well as providing M&A support to the Managing Director, managing of payroll and relevant returns, driving efficiencies and delivering annual and quarterly budgets.
Experience in company secretarial functions would be a strong advantage
You will have natural business acumen, leaderships skill and strategic thinking abilities in order to progress the profitability of the South Afrian operation
You must have a valid driver’s license, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
