A leading, Urban Development company across Africa, with a proven track record in delivering mega developments across the continent, is looking for a Head of Finance with fundraising experience in Africa for their Ghana branch.

POSITION INFO:

A leading, Urban Development company across Africa, with a proven track record in delivering mega developments across the continent, is looking for a Head of Finance with fundraising experience in Africa for their Ghana branch.

The business is urgently looking to hire the Head of Finance to assist in fundraising capabilities for current and future projects as well as overseeing the accounting function for the business. The Head of Finance will report to the Group CEO and board of directors.

The successful person will be responsible for the full financial function, which will include group reporting, consolidations, annual financial statements, budgets and forecasts, fundraising and strategic decision making.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Chartered Accountant or similar financial qualification
Strong business and commercial acumen
Between 5 to 7 years'' experience heading up a finance division
Big 4 exposure is preferred
Proven track record in fundraising capabilities
Knowledge and understanding of the real estate sector is preferred but not essential
