A leading player in the financial services sector is seeking a dynamic Head of Fund Operations to provide strategic and operational oversight across their fund administration ecosystem. This is a key leadership role with a focus on process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall customer and stakeholder experience.
The successful candidate will take ownership of core operational functions, driving the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM), and leading critical projects including tax initiatives, data clean-up, and system enhancements. Oversight of vendor relationships, expense management, and stakeholder reporting will be central to the role.
Key skills and experience required:
- Finance or accounting background with a relevant degree
- Proven leadership and team management experience (essential)
- Exposure to platform operations (advantageous)
- Project management experience (advantageous)
- Strong vendor management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous process improvement
