POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and grow the funds management team into a high-performing powerhouse.
Drive strategy, innovation, and expansion within the funds platform.
Oversee product development — from concept to launch — ensuring the offering remains competitive, relevant, and client-focused.
Build strong relationships with asset managers, investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
Manage fund performance, governance, and compliance while always looking for the next opportunity to innovate.
Ensure the platform not only performs but thrives in a competitive local and global market.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record in asset/fund management, investments, or financial services.
Strong leadership experience — you know how to grow teams and inspire performance.
Sound knowledge of fund structures, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Relevant degree in Finance, Investments (postgraduate or CFA/CA(SA) advantageous).
