We're seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to design and execute people strategies that support mission-critical operations in a secure, regulated, and highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on all people-related matters.
Develop and lead HR initiatives across talent acquisition, development, compliance, and culture.
Build a high-performing workforce in alignment with operational, scientific, and safety goals.
Navigate complex labor environments with excellence, ensuring compliance with South African labor laws and nuclear industry regulations.
Champion a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous innovation.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple high-security technical facilities.
Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier talent across engineering, science, and operations teams.
Oversee compliance with labor legislation, safety standards, and nuclear workforce requirements.
Implement performance management, learning and development, and succession planning strategies.
Drive employee engagement, wellness, and diversity initiatives.
Collaborate with local and international stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
