SUMMARY:
Prism Placements and this key player in South Africa’s logistics and supply chain market are looking for a Head of HR from a structured blue collar environment to join their team in Elandsfontein (JHB East).

POSITION INFO:
Experience & Requirements:

Completed honours degree a MUST.
Min 15yrs full function HR exp where you’ve excelled in the full generalist role with proven IR skills.
Experience managing a workforce of no less than 1K blue collar workers.
Automotive and/or retail industry experience a must.
Employment Equity.

Remuneration:

R1.6M – R2M C.T.C. per annum (excluding bonus)
