This job will require you as an individual to prepare internal audit budgets, manage and conduct audit projects and provide consulting services to organizational management and staff.

Duties

1. Add value through improving organizational operations.
2. Provide practical, feasible audit recommendations and consultation.
3. Assist with resource and audit planning.
4. Build and guide vibrant teams to promote staff retention and acceleration of performance.
5. Become an advocate for client service quality and sustain quality relationships.

Qualifications

1. Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
2. Bcom Honors degree.
3. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
4. CIMA / CISA / CFSA / CRMA / CQA would be to your advantage.

Experience

1. Minimum of eight years Internal Audit Experience with at least four at a managerial level.
2. Interest in governance and risk and industry developments.
3. TeamMate experience.
4. Financial Services and Insurance Industry experience is advantageous.
