This company requires the assistance of a great individual who is always aiming to be great.

This job will require you as an individual to prepare internal audit budgets, conduct audit projects and provide consulting services to organizational management and staff. To establish great customer services, you will be expected to draft action plans to address customer surveys.

Duties

• Add value through improving organizational operations.
• Provide practical, feasible audit recommendations and consultation.
• Assist with resource and audit planning.
• Delivering high quality and valid output on all project assignments.
• Build and guide vibrant teams to promote staff retention and acceleration of performance.
• Build and maintain stable relationships with auditee representatives.
• Deliver Internal Audit projects that are designed to evaluate internal control and governance procedures.
• Become an advocate for client service quality and sustain quality relationships.

Qualifications

• BCom Honors degree.
• Completed Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• CIMA / CISA / CFSA / CRMA / CQA would be to your advantage.

Experience

• 8 years Internal Audit Experience
• 4 years’ experience at a managerial level.
