Who are we
A fast-growing, tech-driven business, focused on driving commercial growth through strong B2B marketing strategies.

Who are we looking for
An experienced Head of Marketing with a strong B2B focus and relevant industry experience (real estate, software, ecommerce, digital platforms or marketplaces), who can define and lead strategy, drive growth, and build a high-performing team.

What will you do

Own and drive the B2B marketing strategy, including brand, go-to-market, PR, events, and partnerships
Lead and develop a small marketing team
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and data teams
Drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Track performance, ROI, and marketing impact
Report on outcomes and align marketing to business objectives
Identify and test new growth opportunities

What do you need

8+ years’ marketing experience with strong B2B exposure
Industry experience in real estate, software, ecommerce, digital platforms or marketplaces
Proven team leadership experience
Strong commercial and data-driven mindset
Experience in brand, go-to-market, and growth marketing
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex environment
