POSITION INFO:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Relevant Degree in business or engineering.
5+ years work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management position.
Management of interface requirements
Management of complex relationships
Food loss management
Drive productive strategy from operations perspective
Drive efficiency and customer service
Oversee all operations activities and ensure they are aligned with the business’ objectives and requirements
Develop and maintain insights into industry trends and operational best practices of local and global industry competitors
Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs for the operations team.
