SUMMARY:
Our client in the Engineering industry has a position available for the Head of Business whose main focus will be to Plan, control, and manage Staff, Processes and Systems related to Business Operations.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years working experience in an operations / fabrication / production environment
A minimum of 10 years’ experience leading a production team in a mid-size business
Management
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to coach team members in-house and in-field
- In depth understanding of managing and motivating a team
Technical
- Ability to read drawings
- Ability understand and implement technical specifications
- Excellent understanding of production processes
- Excellent understanding of key measurement and metrics which drive On Time, In Full, Always Safely.
- Ability to analyse production and make improvements
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Internet Browser) and STRUMIS (Strumis can be trained)
