We have an amazing job opportunity for a Head of Partnerships to join an international super-fast growing tech company that are revolutionising hoteliers around the globe. You will work at their offices in Cape Town and will help them become the most adopted hotel management system in the world, by leveraging partnerships with companies having trusted relationships with their target group. Your key job responsibilities as the Head of Partnerships in Cape Town:

Proactively performing quarterly business reviews with their partners to continuously identify & activate new potential opportunities
Incentivise and reward partnership performance
Working closely together with their Country Managers to leverage their network and relationships with partners in their territories
Maintain and improve the Partnership Programme
Actively organising co-branded qualitative exposure (content marketing on social, e-mail, website, etc channels) and organising events (road shows, co-hosted exhibition stands, expert round tables, etc.) of partners + team to their target group, together with our event/project manager
Continuously bring our Ambassador/referral partnership tier under best attention under their hotelier base

Requirements for this Head of Partnerships job in Cape Town:

Proven track record working in a similar role
Hotel Technology experience
Must be an opportunity thinker and relationship builder
Must thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
Experience in exponentially growing demand coming through partnerships
Experience in developing and driving partnership and referral strategy
