SUMMARY:
A leading insurance and risk solutions provider is seeking a Head of Pricing and Structuring to drive pricing strategies for group and individual life products. This role involves developing and refining technical models, ensuring compliance, guiding a pricing team, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver competitive and profitable solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Lead pricing strategies for new and existing life insurance products.
Develop and maintain technical pricing models to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
Ensure that all pricing meets regulatory and professional standards.
Review and approve new or updated product pricing.
Contribute to deal structuring and negotiation to optimise business outcomes.
Present complex technical insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
Manage and mentor the Pricing team, providing guidance to Junior Analysts.

Required:

Nearly or newly qualified Actuary (FASSA or equivalent).
Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Successfully completed F103 (General Insurance) or equivalent.
3–5 years’ experience in financial services, with life insurance pricing expertise.
Leadership or team management experience (advantageous).
