POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing the company’s end-to-end procurement function, ensuring optimal stock availability, cost efficiency, and supplier performance across all branches.
Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading, mentoring, and developing the national procurement team.
Creating and executing procurement strategies that align with business goals.
Analysing stock trends, forecasting needs, and recommending imports.
Managing supplier relationships and evaluating their performance.
Ensuring compliance with stock availability targets, ISO standards, and BBBEE requirements.
Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality.
Overseeing stock levels, aged stock, and product lifecycle management.
Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to procurement and legislative policies.
Driving price efficiency and continuous improvement across all procurement processes.

Minimum Requirements:

BCom degree
5 years of senior procurement management experience.
Proven experience in team management and strategic procurement planning.
