JOB SUMMARY:
An opportunity has become available for a Head of Product Development to join our team, where you will be working on projects and with product management to ensure the delivery of products and the product development process meets the needs of the company and its customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education

Msc or Higher Degree in Computer Science or Tech related field

Requirements

10+years of Software Engineering experience.
7+years’ experience in FinTech designing, building and supporting large scale systems in production
5+years’ experience in leadership roles with increasing responsibilities
Software design, debugging and programming as well as optimization.
Knowledge of Data Security, Secure Coding and Encryption, Multi-tenacy, Scalability and High Availability
Linux, NodeJS, Java, Clojure or Ruby programming knowledge.

KPAs

Working with multiple technology stacks for Web Development, Root/JSON APIs and Mobile Application development on diverse platforms
Understanding the Payment industry and multi-channel commerce space
Working with DevOps and CI/CD Technologies (Jenkins, GIT, Containerisation environments)
Successfully lead driving Software development and architecture activities that provide best product offering and support
