SUMMARY:
Urgently seeking Specialist who will run the regional office, manage all medical staff and lead the technical design and implementation of HIV/AIDS, Sexual Reproductive Health and related public health services projects. Previous exp working with SA Department of Health structures as well as local and international funders. Masterâ€™s degree a must

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Report directly to the COO
Promote strong technical implementation and program management
Develop strategic plans based on what funders, government and company requires
Ensure systems and processes are in place to deliver high quality care and prevention services.
Write operational protocols for new programmes or extensions of the current ones
Monitor and evaluate progress toward goals/targets/outcomes
Provide guidance to all programmes including the development and management of operational procedures
Quality and Governance - promote and embed a culture of innovation, clinical best practice, quality improvement and measurable outcomes
Relationship Management
Work with major international donors such as PEPFAR, USAID, DFID, the Global Fund, BMGF, write grant proposals, control budgets, and give accurate and relevant reporting as required by these entities.
