SUMMARY:
Umhlanga. A leading national retail Head Office is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of Property to oversee and drive the organisation’s property strategy. This senior role is ideal for a property professional with a strong background in real estate, project management, leasing and rentals within a fast-paced retail environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

5–10 years’ experience, preferably in the real estate or retail property space
Proven experience in project management, leasing and rental negotiations
Strong commercial and strategic mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and property portfolios
Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Property Management, Real Estate Finance or a related field

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a national retail property portfolio and play a key role in supporting business growth and operational success.
