JOB DESCRIPTION:

The right candidate will have a hands-on approach while leading a team of 2 Quality Managers, 8 Team Managers, and +100 quality, compliance, and insight agents
Will also manage strategic client and operational relationships at a senior level
Must have the ability to implement change in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Oversee the delivery of blended people and technology solutions
Must have previous experience in a leadership role in a contact center environment
Working hours 9 am to 6 pm
