JOB SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced and established Risk and Compliance professional with exposure to the property industry and a solid track record in coordinating governance, risk management and compliance activities within an organization?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a private property organization is looking to hire a Head of Risk and Compliance to join their team. If you can hold your own, have vast managerial experience and enterprise risk management exposure, then they are looking for you!

Duties:

Compile a quarterly risk report
Test the effectiveness of cascading the risk management approach

Review the ESG submissions
Compilation of risk management related documentation
Provide a standardized strategic and operational risk management methodology and process.
Review and implement the enterprise risk management policy and framework

Report on compliance-related matters to the relevant structures
Assimilate the primary legislation affecting the organization
Stakeholder and committee engagement/management

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Compliance or Legal

Experience:

10 – 15 years of experience in Compliance and Risk
Managerial experience – minimum of 6 years
