Head of Sales

SUMMARY:
The Head of Sales has the primary role of leading the sales department, overseeing activities of junior and senior professionals, and monitoring overall performance. This position involves defining and communicating the business’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets to the sales team. The Head of Sales analyzes patterns in consumer and market behavior, subsequently defining data-driven actions to drive sales growth.

1. Sales Strategy and Leadership:
   
   • Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
   • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
   • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
   • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
2. Market Analysis and Forecasting:
   
   • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
   • Forecast sales volumes and revenue based on market insights.
   • Identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
3. Sales Operations:
   
   • Oversee sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
   • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
   • Ensure efficient sales pipeline management.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
   
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
   • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
