Duties and Responsibilities:- Sales and Operations Management
- Drive demand generation and convert qualified leads into revenue through effective sales execution and customer engagement.
- Manage key customer relationships in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Service Delivery teams.
- Guide pricing strategy by advising on appropriate schedules for bids and proposals.
- Track pipeline performance, report on business development progress, and benchmark against targets.
- Support new client acquisition through collaborative sales efforts and cross-functional coordination.
- Leverage synergies across the One-InnoVent group to unlock industry-specific opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in new and existing accounts.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to the development or retirement of solutions.
- Provide strategic input into planning, budgeting, and performance reviews with executive leadership.
- Promote collaboration across teams to drive cross-sell, upsell, and innovation.

- Lead the achievement of InnoVent Group objectives by setting clear goals, managing performance, and motivating the team to excel.

- Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in operations.
- Proactively manage business risks through continuous internal and external impact monitoring and stakeholder analysis.
- Lead improvement initiatives that enhance profitability or mitigate functional risks.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in all operational practices.
- Ensure full compliance with InnoVent initiatives through regular audits and timely corrective actions.
- External Parties and Relationship Management
- Manage service provider relationships, ensuring quality delivery, evaluating consultant performance, and escalating deviations for corrective action.
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational Heads and Group Executives, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
